Really good Hospitality and Perfect Service

warm greeting necessary amenities super clean room clear price

The staff provided excellent service. I received a warm greeting and was promptly shown to my room. The rooms were super clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The mini bar was stocked but I didn't have to use it if I didn't want to incur charges. The price list was clearly displayed.

The food temperature wasn't as hot as I would have preferred, however, I observed efforts were made to improve this .

excellent food fulfilling breakfast convenient car park

i found the ginger bar had excellent food. breakfast i got was interesting and fulfilling. the car park was convenient next to the hotel with good size spaces, it was great. i really enjoy everything worked perfectly there.

the hotel is a bit distant from the beach, a walk of around 10 minutes is necessary.

the staff was friendly. they always tried to assist with a smile. i felt they worked hard to keep all guests happy and addressed all my needs quickly.

the breakfast buffet featured a variety of options including champagne, it was amazing. i saw the hotel restaurant include a hot cooking station and a good selection. there was always something delicious to try, it was amazing.

the hotel gardens are extensive. they have a good size pool with plenty of sun beds and bali beds available. the pool bar named gaia, allows for lunches and snacks and is convenient.

I just returned from a five-night stay and I am very grateful! The staff, from check-in to check-out, were amazing. The rooms were super clean, with great amenities. The hotel provided bottled water daily. The bathroom was well-equipped with Ritual products. The Level lounge was a great area to sit and enjoy snacks.
